Returns + Exchanges


Any purchased unworn and unwashed ready-made item may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery by mail or in person at the studio due to the following reasons:

  • wrong size;
  • bad fitting on figure; 
  • not as expected;
  • false multiple order;

You can get full refund in cash by returning items directly at the studio.

Unfortunately, returns are not available for bespoken items as well as archived models repeated for you on an individual basis.

How to return via Mail

  1. Fill out your return form on your packing list and place it in a securely sealed shipping container. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records – you can find it in the upper left-hand corner of your packing list.
  2. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured and affix your shipping label.
  3. Send your package to the studio's address written on the packing list.
  4. You will get an email when your return is processed and when you should expect a refund and which way, depending on the country of destination. It can be a transfer to a bank account, a Western Union® transfer or a cash transfer via mail.

Please note: Refund amount does not include costs for return shipping.


Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.
